About the role
- Perform administrative functions (distributing mail, ordering, stocking supplies, answering phones, greeting visitors)
- Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting (filing, data entry, record review, maintenance)
- Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls
- Maintain office memos and informative postings
- Operate technology, systems, and software (voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, MS Office)
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Solid understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Accuracy and attention to detail required
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
