Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to understand food costs and usage.
  • Proven attention to achieving high quality standards.
  • Extensive experience in food service.
  • Ability to prepare letters, summaries and reports.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics.
  • Requires management and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing client needs.
  • Strong computer skills.
