About the role
- Manages overall operations across multiple sites.
- Maintains operational standards across all sites.
- Delivers strong operational performance while complying with Aramark standards and programs.
- Interacts with clients and maintains effective client relationships.
- Identifies opportunities to expand Aramark services.
- Provides overall leadership and manages the performance of all managers.
- Leads, staffs and trains the food service team.
Requirements
- Holds a bachelor's degree; Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian is an asset.
- Requires at least 6 years of experience managing food service operations.
- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal and written) with clients and support staff.
- Demonstrated ability to understand food costs and usage.
- Proven attention to achieving high quality standards.
- Extensive experience in food service.
- Ability to prepare letters, summaries and reports.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics.
- Requires management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing client needs.
- Strong computer skills.
