About the role
- Provide supervision and guidance to employee recreation staff
- Supervise daily operations with the property
- Collaborate with partners engagement representatives for community events
- Coordinate employee events for summer and winter operations
- Participate and coordinate in the Employee Engagement Committee
- Present employee engagement activities in new hire orientation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous experience in employee engagement and communications preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Willingness to be hands on with staff and operations
- Willingness to work event-based hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, bending, and extended walking/standing
