Controller

• Ensure the control, registration and indexing of incoming and outgoing documents (drawings, specifications, reports, procedures, certificates) and maintain version consistency.
• Manage approval and revision workflows: distribute documents, track comments, issue reminders and close approval loops.
• Organize and coordinate document exchanges with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders: receive deliverables, verify contractual deliverables and validate evidence of compliance.
• Ensure physical and electronic archiving of project files according to retention rules and internal procedures; prepare handover and archival packages at the end of project phases.
• Contribute to the implementation, improvement and compliance of document procedures, work instructions and best practices (quality, safety, HSE).
