About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist installation engineering in preparing procedures and specifications / purchase requests related to the subcontracted parts of this scope
  • Assist the team in preparing and executing offshore operations
  • Client representative aboard survey vessels during operations
  • Participate in project technical meetings, prepare and maintain campaign documentation in the document management system
  • Ensure deliverables are passed to procurement, QA/QC and operations interfaces
  • Ensure compliance with HSE rules during interventions (embarkation planning, risk assessments, embarkation/disembarkation procedures) and contribute to field briefs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in geomatics, surveying, hydrography, civil engineering, or equivalent relevant technical qualification
  • Experience: recent experience in survey assignments for offshore/onshore projects (integrated surveys, mobilized campaigns, installation support) preferred
  • Languages: professional technical English preferred for reading specifications and international communication
  • Mobility: availability for occasional onshore/offshore travel and international assignments according to project needs
  • Desirable certifications: marine/hydrography endorsements, sea/boat licenses depending on profile and project requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas, ideally on offshore, subsea, pipelay or installation projects
