About the role
- Own and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, maintaining full quota responsibility across renewals and expansion
- Develop and execute renewal and growth strategies aligned with april’s product vision, partner ecosystem, and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, executive-level partner relationships through proactive engagement and value-based consultation
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with partner objectives and fintech use cases
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal discussions, and expansion planning with key partner stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account documentation within CRM systems
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, account management or partner management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology platforms
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles with strong renewal, retention, and expansion performance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Proven ability to navigate complex partner organizations, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and longer sales cycles
