About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize time, decisions, and initiatives while preparing for key meetings with board members, investors, partners, and executives
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, translating company strategy into clear goals, milestones, and operating plans
- Drive the operating cadence including OKRs, quarterly planning, and executive offsites while ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Operations
- Build and maintain dashboards and metrics that inform leadership decisions, conducting ad-hoc analysis on strategic questions related to market, product, financial, and operational matters
- Facilitate effective leadership meetings with clear agendas and follow-through, improving internal communication and information flow across the company
- Own and execute special projects that don't neatly fit into one function, stepping in where the business needs leverage most at any given time
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as startup, consulting, banking, or venture capital
- Strong business judgment with proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels while leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with comfort working directly with senior executives, board members, and external partners
- High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential matters (bonus: experience in fintech or financial services, modeling proficiency, experience with AI tooling, or ability to write code)
