• Own and improve the systems, tools, and processes that help Appsilon scale securely, efficiently, and with less operational friction
• Lead and develop the Operations team, including IT Administration and Security
• Continuously improve operational scalability across Finance, Sales, Delivery, Technology, and People functions
• Own and evolve the company’s operational tooling ecosystem and automation landscape
• Strengthen operational resilience, business continuity, and security practices
• Coordinate operational aspects of compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 readiness and customer security requirements
• Partner with external vendors, legal counsel, auditors, and the DPO on operational and compliance-related matters
• Support organizational alignment by improving workflows, communication structures, and operational clarity across teams
• Build and maintain operational documentation, policies, and internal enablement resources
• Advise leadership on operational risks, scalability, tooling, security, and process optimization
• Create an environment where teams can collaborate efficiently and focus on high-impact work.
