About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own strategic accounts commercially and operationally from the business side.
  • Manage and grow strategic pharma and biotech accounts.
  • Build long-term client relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial conversations and continuation processes.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Create and execute account growth strategies and execution plans.
  • Own revenue targets within assigned accounts.
  • Manage forecasting and commercial pipeline visibility.
  • Identify white-space opportunities across organizations.
  • Lead account expansion initiatives.
  • Support pricing and commercial negotiations.
  • Work directly with executives, procurement, clinical, platform, and AI/data science stakeholders.
  • Lead difficult conversations when needed.
  • Ensure risks and delivery concerns are surfaced transparently.
  • Drive alignment between commercial goals and delivery realities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Experience in consulting, technology, data, AI, or software services environments
  • Track record of growing accounts commercially - renewals, upsells, expansions
  • Strong ownership mentality
  • Ability to manage executive-level conversations
  • Experience handling commercial negotiations
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
