About the role
- Partner with managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: job advertising, sourcing, screening interviews, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checking, offers, and on-boarding.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals) to attract high-quality candidates, including headhunting and self course candidates.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.
- Provide market insights and benchmarking to stakeholders regarding talent availability, salary data, and competitive trends.
- Support HR policies, processes, and people initiatives across assigned teams or regions.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development and other people related topics.
- Deliver a smooth on-boarding and off-boarding experience for all employees.
- Support employees on career development, conflict resolution, employee relations issues, disciplinary processes and other people related topics to ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action plans.
- Support learning and development initiatives and participate in HR projects.
- Partner with People operations on all HR related topics.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of proven experience in both recruitment and full-stack HR generalist/business partner roles in a 50-100 FTEs scale-up.
- Strong understanding of labour law in the UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Australia and international HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment for SaaS and B2B business and good understanding of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success metrics.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Recruitment experience in the UK and Canada is a must and experience in South Africa and Australia will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels.
- Fluency in English.
