• Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events).
• Ensure consistency with ApprovalMax brand guidelines.
• Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
• Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components as part of ongoing web improvements.
• Prepare clear, web-ready designs for development.
• Work closely with the freelance HubSpot front-end developer to support page-building and implementation accuracy.
• Contribute to tasks related to the ongoing website redesign project.
• Coordinate frequently with the other Mid-Level designers to balance daily workloads and ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide peer-level feedback and collaborate on shared tasks to maintain quality and consistency.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and needs directly to the CMO for alignment and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content, Events, and Product Marketing to support campaign asset needs.
• Produce simple video edits (cutdowns, subtitles, light adjustments).
