Administrate Ironclad CLM, including user management, permissions, workflow configuration, and integrations
Develop and modify workflows to meet evolving business needs and standards
Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to streamline contract processes and improve user experience (UX)
Create and modify CLM metrics and deliver usage reports; recommend improvements to reduce friction
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendor support for resolution
Maintain governance and configuration documentation to ensure scalable and repeatable processes
Develop and implement new workflows within or integration with CLM to meet future needs
Continually validate data integrity of repository and reporting thereof

Requirements

3–5+ years administrating SaaS platforms (legal tech or enterprise apps)
Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM or similar contract lifecycle management tools
Strong workflow design skills (conditional approvals, metadata/properties, governance)
Tech-savvy with proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic legal concepts and contract terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global collaboration
Adept and proficient working independently as well as collaboratively across the organization
