Program Manager

• Manage multiple medical communications projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and support client communications.
• Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Support proposal development, project scoping, and budget creation for new initiatives.
• Track project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget reporting.
• Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and client materials.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project records and supporting continuous process improvements.

Program Coordinator

• Assist teams in addressing and responding to client requests and needs
• Coordinate electronic and paper file management, including resources and product files
• Conduct research as requested
• Help fulfill client deliverables, including securing meetings and submissions requirements
• Coordinate preparations for client status meetings and publication team meetings or other client meetings
• Monitor and update project status, including tracking projects, key messages, clinical trials, and contacts
• Process client expense and honoraria
• Coordinate revisions for client reports
• Contact and follow-up on status of projects/publications with clients and external authors as needed

Medical Director

• Responsible for ensuring that assigned medical communications are accurate, clinically relevant and reflect the most recent advances in the medical field
• Consults with key opinion leaders in the appropriate therapeutic area and provides expert resources and information
• Maintains knowledge of developments and trends in the pharmaceutical industry regarding appropriate drugs
• When appropriate will partner with pharmaceutical industry clients on goals and objectives of communications programs, ensuring delivery of the highest quality product
• Remains current with medical developments and conducts literature searches to ensure delivery of accurate medical information for assigned projects
• Analyzes, interprets and uses complex medical documents under the supervision of senior scientific staff
• Synthesizes clinical trial data and translates relevance for the appropriate physician and consumer audiences according to client requirements for assigned projects
• Attends and helps design clinical trial investigator meetings and advisory boards
• Help write medical manuscripts, white papers, monographs, slide kits, abstracts, and posters under the supervision of senior scientific staff
• Edits medical documents, verify scientific accuracy and provide quality control for writers and freelancers.

• Serve as a day-to-day client contact and trusted partner, building strong and collaborative relationships
• Lead the delivery of complex medical communications programmes across international markets
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and project workflows across multiple concurrent activities
• Coordinate the development of engaging digital assets and educational materials
• Support the planning and execution of virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, congress activities and educational events
• Collaborate with scientific, creative and digital teams to deliver impactful, high-quality communications
