About the role
- Perform Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) support related to the development, production, and support of various weapon systems
- Review program-unique system, development, and product specifications for both hardware and software
- Maintain configuration status accounting databases and records
- Support the configuration control function including processing, tracking, and disposition of various documents
- Assist in reviewing change proposals
- Provide advisory and draft documentation assistance
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance
- Master’s degree with 12 years of experience, including 5 supporting the DoD
- Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years of experience, including 5 supporting the DoD
- High School Diploma with 20 years of experience, including 8 supporting the DoD
- Strong knowledge and experience managing hardware and software configurations
- Working knowledge of the DoD and AF acquisition processes, procedures, and policies
