About the role

  • Track estimated times of arrival and coordinate deliveries with LCL haulier
  • Monitor new delivery bookings and confirm truck allocations with warehouses
  • Perform daily schedule checks, allocate shipments, and update delivery status for both FCL and LCL
  • Manage urgent re‑bookings and resolve any issues quickly
  • Address carton and purchase‑order discrepancies as they arise
  • Prepare and issue quotations
  • Send clearance instructions to the customs team
  • Approve invoices and ensure all shipments are billed back to the customer
  • Monitoring costs, reporting/administrative work

Requirements

  • Previous work experience preferably in international supply chain management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Previous experience in coordinating and organizing logistic processes as an asset
  • Priority setting and sharp planning skills
  • Customer-friendly and result-oriented person
  • Fluency in English is required
