About the role
- Track estimated times of arrival and coordinate deliveries with LCL haulier
- Monitor new delivery bookings and confirm truck allocations with warehouses
- Perform daily schedule checks, allocate shipments, and update delivery status for both FCL and LCL
- Manage urgent re‑bookings and resolve any issues quickly
- Address carton and purchase‑order discrepancies as they arise
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Send clearance instructions to the customs team
- Approve invoices and ensure all shipments are billed back to the customer
- Monitoring costs, reporting/administrative work
Requirements
- Previous work experience preferably in international supply chain management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Previous experience in coordinating and organizing logistic processes as an asset
- Priority setting and sharp planning skills
- Customer-friendly and result-oriented person
- Fluency in English is required
