About the role
- Identify and assess prospective clients based on their needs and suitability
- Manage a diverse client portfolio and act as the primary point of contact throughout client prospecting and sales phases
- Become an APEXA expert and develop a deep understanding of client processes
- Train clients on the system, best practices, and APEXA implementation
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach and promote the brand
- Create presentations and contribute to marketing content
- Drive revenue through client acquisition and identification of new markets
- Schedule and lead regular sales and account management meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the life insurance industry (at an insurer or an MGA)
- 2+ years in business development / account management / sales
- Strong understanding of distribution relationships among advisors, MGAs, and insurers
- Knowledge of contracting, licensing, and/or compliance requirements for life insurance advisors
- Bilingualism required
