About the role

  • Identify and assess prospective clients based on their needs and suitability
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio and act as the primary point of contact throughout client prospecting and sales phases
  • Become an APEXA expert and develop a deep understanding of client processes
  • Train clients on the system, best practices, and APEXA implementation
  • Maintain a customer‑centric approach and promote the brand
  • Create presentations and contribute to marketing content
  • Drive revenue through client acquisition and identification of new markets
  • Schedule and lead regular sales and account management meetings

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the life insurance industry (at an insurer or an MGA)
  • 2+ years in business development / account management / sales
  • Strong understanding of distribution relationships among advisors, MGAs, and insurers
  • Knowledge of contracting, licensing, and/or compliance requirements for life insurance advisors
  • Bilingualism required
