About the role

  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison between Providers, clinical staff, and the Regional Manager.
  • Lead all aspects of staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll approval, performance evaluations, coaching, and employee relations.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for Medical Assistants (MAs) and Medical Receptionists (MRs).
  • Supervise daily clinical and front-office workflows.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, MIPS).
  • Manage provider schedules and support smart scheduling optimization.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data trends.
  • Oversee medical supply inventory and ordering.
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment and lead daily team huddles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of clinical experience required; at least 1 year in dermatology preferred.
  • Prior medical office management or healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, insurance terminology, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office (including Excel), and reporting platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
