About the role

  • Follow up on unsold estimates for Michigan customers through timely, phone‑first outreach to re‑engage customers and revive stalled opportunities
  • Re‑engage customers with confidence, address objections, and present clear repair or replacement options
  • Convert approved estimates in ServiceTitan, book jobs, collect deposits when required, and ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs with field teams while adhering to standardized Inside Sales processes and operating principles
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals, outreach activity expectations, and Inside Sales performance metrics through consistent, high‑quality follow‑up
  • Act with integrity by providing honest guidance, respectful communication, and decisions that build trust and long‑term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related revenue‑generating role
  • Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Ability to handle objections and guide customers toward informed decisions
  • Proficiency with CRM or field‑service management tools (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and meet deadlines
  • Preferred: Experience supporting home services, skilled trades, or field‑service organizations
  • Familiarity with financing options and how to present them clearly to customers
  • Prior experience working with automated outreach tools (e.g., Hatch)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding inside sales or revenue targets
  • Experience supporting multi‑location or multi‑market operations
