About the role
- Oversee all plumbing operations for our Columbus‑based brand
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train plumbers and plumbing technicians to support expansion and elevate team performance
- Manage daily plumbing operations, ensuring efficiency, high quality work, and alignment with company standards
- Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling, maximize productivity, and maintain strong customer communication
- Establish and uphold performance standards across the team with clear expectations and consistent coaching
- Drive exceptional craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and service excellence across all plumbing jobs
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a plumbing department or plumbing operations team is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success building and developing teams in a fast‑growth environment
- Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing technicians
- Customer‑first mindset with a commitment to quality and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience in ServiceTitan is a plus
