About the role
- Drive business growth by overseeing all performance metrics and day-to-day operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong accountability, development, and engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence using data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.
- Support workforce expansion and professional development within the Sioux Falls community.
- Serve as a hands-on, daily on-site leader.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in trades, construction, home service, or comparable operational industries.
- A builder’s, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for scaling people, processes and performance.
- Experience with P&L ownership and metrics-driven operational playbooks.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a history of motivating teams.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and results-oriented creativity.
