Security Engineer

• Own security engineering platforms end to end, including the design, configuration, implementation, operation, maintenance, and continuous maturation of security tooling across the environment.
• Provide technical oversight of enterprise security toolsets spanning endpoint, server, identity, email, network, cloud, and detection & response, including both Microsoft-native and third-party technologies (e.g. Mimecast, Tessian, Netskope, and cloud security platforms).
• Define and execute the security tooling strategy, ensuring platforms are aligned to risk, business priorities, and long-term security architecture.
• Ensure security platforms are delivering measurable security value, reducing loss exposure, and operating effectively, supported by appropriate people, processes, controls, and metrics.
• Design, review, and approve security engineering patterns, standards, and reference architectures.
• Oversee remediation of post-incident actions, audit findings, and control gaps related to security tooling and platform configuration.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Cloud and Product Security to develop and deliver security engineering roadmaps, including capability uplift and maturity improvements.
• Provide expert input into security policies, standards, and best practices, ensuring they are technically sound and practically enforceable through tooling.
• Ensure security standards and platform configurations are kept current, fit for purpose, and aligned with evolving threats and technology changes.
• Review security vulnerabilities and tooling findings to ensure they are triaged, prioritized, and managed using a risk-based approach.

Assistant Vice President, Level 2

Controller

• This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional to join a fast-growing financial services organisation and be a part of pilot project helping create a high performing Team.
• The first phase is targeted to hire team members at all levels which include Senior Associate, Assistant Vice President, Vice President and Senior Vice President.
• The Luxembourg Finance team will consist of 2 major verticals namely: Financial Controllership and Business Partnering.
• The Luxembourg Financial Controllership team will primarily be responsible for Month end related activities which include Billing & Cash Collection, owning end to end revenue, Accounts receivable & Payable, Accrued Income, Month end close in adherence with the accounting policies, Statutory & Regulatory reporting, Month on Month Variance analysis, Adhocs.
• This also includes Stakeholder management, and the primary stakeholders are the Head of various Businesses, Head of Finance (CFO), Regulators and Auditors.
• The Business Partnering team will be responsible for Assisting and supporting the various Business Heads with business specific requirements.
• The common activities which will be carried out by this team would be business specific and deep dive analysis in the respective business verticals like Fund Admin, Financial Solutions business (Manco) etc.
• Business Review, revenue by client, sales pipeline review, 3mth / FY FC rolling FW view, top clients, People efficiency scores, Adhoc Requests, Auditor Queries are some of the activities that will be performed by the team.
• Stakeholder Management which includes activities like regular connect with stakeholders, answering adhocs, deep dive analysis on numbers would be the major responsibility.
• This being a pilot project, team will also be responsible for creating a Robust framework at India level to help stabalise and Expand the team in near future.

Vice President, Financial Controllership & Business Partnering

• Maintain the client relationship and take responsibility for co-ordination and allocation of the team’s workload
• Ensure compliance with internal and external controls in the area of hedge fund accounting
• Review of the reconciliation and calculation of periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) net asset values of various funds
• Reconciliation of investment portfolios, dividends and interest, corporate actions, and investor capital activity

Business Intelligence Developer

• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in BI and Reporting to develop and implement ETL, reporting and dashboards solutions.
• Work with both Business Analysts and business owners to development new reports and dashboards and the enhancement of existing reports and dashboards.
• Investigate production reporting issues and help business understand their data.
• Maintaining and enhance current ETL processes using various ETL tools.
• Be on regular after-hour stand-by support for the data warehouse loads.
• Ensure that development standards and processes are followed according to Apex’s best practices.
