Requirements

  • This role does **not** require prior experience in growth, marketing, paid media, or agencies.
  • We care far more about **learning speed and follow-through** than job titles. You might have:
  • - worked on side projects alongside university
  • - studied something analytical, technical, or data-adjacent
  • - taught yourself skills outside formal education
  • - built or organised things independently
  • Proof that you can **start things, figure them out, and finish them** matters most.
  • Skills and mindset
  • - You learn fast and enjoy working things out without being spoon-fed.
  • - You’re highly organised and detail-oriented. You like clean systems, checklists, and doing things properly.
  • - You’re comfortable working with tools, structure, and process once you understand the “why”.
  • - You take pride in getting things right, even when the task feels small.
  • - You communicate clearly in writing and don’t let things slip through the cracks.
  • - You have evidence of hustle:
  • - side projects
  • - self-directed learning
  • - running communities or initiatives
  • - or yes, if you’ve ever been a raid leader / guild organiser / the person who actually gets things done in a game, that counts.
  • - You’re not precious about titles or tasks. You care about contributing and improving.
  • This is an **entry-level role with real responsibility**. You’ll be trusted early, supported closely, and expected to care deeply about quality and follow-through.
