Creative Strategist

• Own and evolve Aperture’s entire creative pipeline—from concepting to production to performance analysis.
• Lead weekly creative ideation and testing cycles across Meta, TikTok, and other key channels.
• Partner with the Growth Lead and Founder to translate insights, angles, and data into world-class creative ideas.
• Produce and edit your own assets (video, UGC, static, motion) and prototype new ad concepts for testing.
• Build AI-driven creative workflows—automating repurposing, resizing, and concept generation where possible.
• Keep a constant pulse on platform trends, creator communities, and cultural shifts to inspire new ideas.
• Write and approve clear, actionable creative briefs grounded in psychology, insight, and platform behaviour.
• Direct and mentor designers, editors, and UGC creators to deliver high-performing, on-brand assets.
• Review creative performance data (hook rate, CTR, ROAS, completion rate) to guide iteration and prioritisation.
• Contribute to Aperture’s own brand and content—helping us show, not just tell, how great creative performs.
