Plan and host 2-4 events per month for apartment community residents to care for and connect the community.
Provide exceptional personal communication, acts of genuine care, and radical hospitality to residents and staff.
Invite residents to share online about their community experience to enhance online reputation.
Administer program tasks: develop monthly calendars, event flyers, social media posts, manage event budget, prepare monthly summaries, meet with property staff and program director.
Engage and coordinate a support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize budget and impact.
Visit new residents shortly after move-in and residents near lease end to invite them to connect with the community.
Live onsite for reduced housing cost if serving as an Onsite coordinator (when applicable).
Requirements
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be legally eligible to work in the United States (at least one coordinator if serving as a team).
Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports for the property management company (at least one coordinator if serving as a team).
Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance, and access to a form of reliable transportation.
Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, carry up to 25 pounds (at least one coordinator if serving as a team).
Have the availability to commit weekly hours to perform job responsibilities, including evenings and weekends.
Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community.
Event planning, communication, and financial responsibility for managing a community event budget.
