• Leading the coordinated uplift of APA’s project delivery systems, processes, and toolkits in line with the DDO roadmap and stage gates.
• Ensuring seamless integration from Energy Solutions (Develop) through Infrastructure Delivery (Deliver) into Operations (Operate).
• Driving adoption of a new Project Delivery Toolkit, Site Manager Toolkit, and Project Controls across the project lifecycle.
• Embedding controls & templates forms/tools used during the delivery of projects for Safety, Time, Cost, QA, Environment, Commercial Risk, Production, handover, and commissioning.
