Software Engineer

• Build and lead a high‑performing team responsible for delivering fit for purpose design and power generation solutions across APA’s power portfolio
• Oversee engineering design, technical specifications, construction contract technical inputs and schedules maintaining compliance with all statutory, regulatory and standards
• Manage grid connection submissions and GPS negotiations across SWIS, NWPS, NWIS and compressor load connections nationwide
• Develop and maintain relationships with key OEMs to stay abreast of advancement in new technologies and best practice engineering services
• Drive the appointment, engagement and delivery performance of engineering design consultancies to deliver power engineering and grid connection outcomes
• Provide technical input into contract negotiations to optimise commercial outcomes
