About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead fuel gas optimisation initiatives to improve compressor efficiency, reduce costs, and meet performance targets.
- Manage and analyse emissions, energy, and operational data in line with the Enhanced Methane Measurement (EMM) program.
- Apply process engineering expertise to identify and develop emissions reduction and abatement opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to explore practical and innovative sustainability solutions.
- Support emissions reduction programs by driving improved operational practices, reducing methane venting, and ensuring strong governance and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in process engineering or a related discipline, ideally within energy, gas, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in data analysis, modelling, and performance optimisation.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and contributing to emissions reduction initiatives.
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
