About the role
- Ensuring adherence to all risk and compliance procedures and controls
- Meeting or exceeding the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance
- Proactively identifying process gaps and implementing internal controls
- Regularly reviewing processing effectiveness and implementing enhancements
- Ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of key outputs
- Resolving or escalating complex issues to Managers or Business Heads
- Keeping the team informed about policy, procedural, operational, and training updates
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Requirements
- 8 years of Bank guarantees experience
- CSDG certified candidate preferred
- Excellent knowledge of multiple Trade products and processes
- Working knowledge of ICC rules (UCP/ISBP/URC etc)
- CDCS / CSDG certification preferred
- Understanding of back office operations, audits, risk.
- Ability to work in all shifts as per business requirement
