About the role
- Establishing and growing profitable relationships with a portfolio of Agri Business customers
- Developing and demonstrating knowledge of your customer’s business needs and supporting proactive solutions to meet their current and future needs and business objectives
- Actively promoting value add materials, workshops, and specialists (internal and external) to customers
- Committing to the development and growth of a customer portfolio whilst maintaining effective relationships with many existing long term clients
- Enhancing ANZ Business’ profile in the marketplace through networking and demonstrating our point of difference
- Working collaboratively with various teams within Business and across the wider bank to supporting your customers’ growth and ongoing success
- Providing excellent customer service to develop strong relationships and networks
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management and delivery and provision of customer focused solutions
- Previous experience within banking / financial and/or agricultural industry in a similar capacity would be beneficial
- Confident networking skills to enhance customer relationships, and maximise and grow portfolios
- Analytical and proficient in evaluating financial accounts, budget and cash-flow
- Proactive and able to act decisively on information on hand
- A growth mind-set
