About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with BU stakeholders to ensure workplace expectations are met or exceeded
  • Proactively plan and develop workplace solutions that support current and future BU requirements that align with workplace guidelines
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for management of operational and day-to-day workplace requests and issues
  • Identify relevant BU insights and opportunities through engagement and data analysis
  • Collaborate with the broader Group Property function to identify and deliver workplace solutions that optimise value through time, cost, and quality
  • Work closely with alliance partners to implement approved strategies within agreed time and cost parameters
  • Ensure all relevant workplace data is accurate in property databases & financial systems
  • Prepare regular workplace status and performance reports within specified timeframes, including recommendations on current and future issues and opportunities
  • Manage and monitor project plans to support investment activity including those from third party suppliers
  • Ensure capital works align with business requirements, workplace guidelines, and accommodation KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with BUs, Group Property teams and Technology to meet accommodation expectations
  • Responsible for full compliance with Group Property guidelines
  • Ensure all BU workplace activities meet statutory codes, group policies and guidelines. Any deviations are to be identified and rectified promptly, with action taken to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Ability to lead and support change adoption to drive organisational outcomes
  • Experience in planning and prioritising initiatives, managing dependencies, and aligning people, process and technology
