About the role
- Build sustainable long-term client relationships and growing critical customer portfolios
- Provide customers with effective, value-added solutions whilst managing potential risks and applying financial analysis to identify key insights
- Collaborate with various teams with the Business Unit and across the wider bank to support your customers’ growth and ongoing success
- Role model coaching, underpinned by a deep understanding of individual's motivations and aspirations to engage and inspire outperformance
- Develop a network of contacts and assist in achieving overall business strategies of sourcing new business, maximizing existing business, and increasing effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, portfolio and/or account management
- Previous experience in banking/financial/accounting, or relevant experience would be beneficial, but not essential
- Ability to work independently, work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proven networking skills to enhance customer relationships, maximize, and grow portfolios
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
