About the role

  • Build sustainable long-term client relationships and growing critical customer portfolios
  • Provide customers with effective, value-added solutions whilst managing potential risks and applying financial analysis to identify key insights
  • Collaborate with various teams with the Business Unit and across the wider bank to support your customers’ growth and ongoing success
  • Role model coaching, underpinned by a deep understanding of individual's motivations and aspirations to engage and inspire outperformance
  • Develop a network of contacts and assist in achieving overall business strategies of sourcing new business, maximizing existing business, and increasing effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in relationship management, business development, portfolio and/or account management
  • Previous experience in banking/financial/accounting, or relevant experience would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently, work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven networking skills to enhance customer relationships, maximize, and grow portfolios
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
