- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
- Own programmatic elements of Sales and Partnerships recruiting globally
- Design and implement end-to-end recruiting processes
- Develop headcount forecasting models aligned to business growth
- Champion talent density and ensure quality hiring
- Partner with Head of Sales as a strategic advisor
- Optimize interview capacity and maintain consistent evaluation standards
- Establish quality of hire metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Recruiting Operations to support hiring goals

Requirements
- 12+ years of recruiting experience with at least 7 years leading teams
- Deep expertise in Sales recruiting across multiple segments
- Data-obsessed with ability to build dashboards
- Low ego, high EQ, trust building skills
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Commitment to quality hiring
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing efficient interview processes
- Ability to navigate global complexity and respect local context
- Experience using AI tools for productivity
