Requirements

  • 12+ years of recruiting experience with at least 7 years leading teams
  • Deep expertise in Sales recruiting across multiple segments
  • Data-obsessed with ability to build dashboards
  • Low ego, high EQ, trust building skills
  • Experience in high-growth environments
  • Commitment to quality hiring
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience designing efficient interview processes
  • Ability to navigate global complexity and respect local context
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity
