About the role
- Design, configure and implement SharePoint Online solutions including sites, libraries, lists, content types, and metadata.
- Lead migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online.
- Customize SharePoint using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps and PowerShell.
- Integrate SharePoint with Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and other M365 services.
- Implement SharePoint governance frameworks, site provisioning, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with identity and access management teams on permissions and access models.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint and M365 issues and provide expert level support.
- Monitor usage, performance, and adoption metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with: SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell scripting, ShareGate or similar migration tools, Understanding of Azure AD, security groups, and permission models.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Methodical and organised approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities effectively
- Attention to detail in documentation and ticket updates
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and process knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
- Comfortable following defined processes while contributing improvement ideas
- Experience in global or distributed organizations
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO, DPDPA, etc.)
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-900, PL-100)
- Experience with remote-first or highly collaborative environments.
