About the role
- Collaborate with coworkers to deeply understand customer needs.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer
- 2+ years of experience building web application backends.
- Experience with frontend development is a plus, but not required.
- Strong technical background evaluating problems thoroughly to ensure effective solutions are built.
- Designs taking account of current and future needs, technical debt, and maintenance along with the ability to articulate tradeoffs.
- Ability to level up colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.
