About the role
- Lead and execute infrastructure projects from design through deployment, including Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and hybrid identity solutions
- Execute Exchange Server and Exchange Online migrations
- Perform Windows Server upgrades and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Migrate file servers to cloud platforms (OneDrive, Egnyte, Box, etc.)
- Integrate security solutions (SSO, MFA, IAM) with providers such as Centrify, Okta, etc.
- Perform Enterprise Network Installations
- Partner with Project Managers to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide end-user training and technical documentation, including runbooks, diagrams, and configuration guides
- Manage and report on timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain Coretelligent’s documentation standards for configuration and end-user guides
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure and service delivery
- 10+ years of proven experience with Microsoft technologies, hybrid environments, and project delivery in enterprise settings
- Expert-level knowledge of Electronic Messaging - Microsoft Exchange (2010–2019), Exchange Online, Mimecast, ProofPoint
- Expert-level knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, AD FS, SSO, IAM
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11
- Expert-level knowledge of Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Expert-level knowledge of Enterprise Networking - Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco), Switches (Meraki, Aruba, Unifi) and wireless (Aerohive, Meraki, Ubiquiti)
- Expert-level knowledge of Remote Desktop (AVD, MS RDS, Citrix)
- Expert-level knowledge of Cloud services (O365, Egnyte, Box, Dropbox, Centrify/iDaptive)
- Expert-level knowledge of Storage (HPE Nimble, DellEMC, Synology)
- Expert-level knowledge of Backup (Veeam, Zerto)
- Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate, BitTitan, MoveBot
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices
- Proficiency with PowerShell for administration and automation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
