Security Engineer

• Serve as the primary vCISO and subject matter expert for multiple clients, advising executive stakeholders on cybersecurity strategy, risk management, compliance requirements, and security best practices
• Lead data-centric cybersecurity programs aligned to business risk, including risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation roadmaps, and ongoing security posture management

Manager, Security Governance, Risk and Compliance

Vice President

• Own both strategy and tactical execution for the Service Delivery organization, ensuring that long-term vision is translated into practical, day-to-day outcomes across Field, NOC, Systems, and Remote Support and ensure a consistent client experience.
• Manage and develop managers and discipline leads, setting expectations, coaching performance, and building a strong operating culture across the service organization.
• Own service delivery outcomes including SLA adherence, backlog health, aging ticket visibility, and escalation governance within ServiceNow.
• Mature ITIL-based processes across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request workflows, driving consistent adoption and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operational monitoring and service health visibility through platforms such as ServiceNow and related tooling, ensuring alerts translate into clear operational response and documented follow-through.
• Establish and govern budgets for the Service Delivery organization, demonstrating strong financial acumen and budget ownership when planning capacity, vendor costs, training.
• Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting for utilization, service performance, and profitability, translating data into actionable priorities for leaders.
• Partner closely with Account Management and Client Success to support escalation resolution, expectation setting, and service continuity for clients.

VP of Service Delivery

Support Engineer

• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical incidents, leading advanced troubleshooting and resolution across multi-tenant client environments.
• Receive, triage, and resolve inbound client incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems during assigned second-shift coverage.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across desktop, server, network, and application environments, including VPN, VLAN, firewall, connectivity, identity, and access-related issues.
• Own incidents end-to-end—from prioritization through resolution—ensuring clear communication, SLA adherence, and positive client outcomes.
• Support and maintain enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint infrastructure, and line-of-business applications.
• Coordinate and manage vendor and ISP escalations for outages, degraded performance, or platform-level issues.
• Partner with Tier III and Platform teams on problem analysis, root cause investigations, and validation of long-term fixes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and client-facing FAQs to improve resolution efficiency and consistency.
• Act as a technical mentor and resource for Engineer I and II team members through live incident support and best-practice guidance.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance windows or on-call rotation as required, working independently with minimal supervision and strong technical judgment.

Support Engineer III

Project Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring strong project execution, clear communication, and effective conflict management.
• Build and refine standardized project delivery processes, templates, and workflows to drive consistency and predictability across all initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimize the use of systems—including ServiceNow—for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting; recommend improvements or alternatives as needed.
• Oversee project governance, including scope alignment, timeline management, risk escalation, documentation quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Client Lifecycle, Procurement, Finance, and other teams to resolve delivery roadblocks and support project flow across the organization.
• Participate in daily huddles to identify obstacles, clarify priorities, and support PMs in maintaining momentum.
• Improve backlog visibility and ensure structured tracking of WIP hours, aging projects, and upcoming demand.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards tied to key delivery metrics, such as utilization, project timeliness, budget adherence, CSAT, onboarding health, and mean delivery times.
• Identify high-risk or delayed projects early, implement corrective actions with PMs, and ensure leadership receives clear, concise updates rather than raw or fragmented information.
• Remove operational inefficiencies, streamline cross-functional communication, and drive continuous improvement across the project management function.

Manager

• Oversee the team and processes responsible for guiding clients through onboarding, deployment, documentation, and transition into steady-state delivery.
• Ensure clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience while internal teams are set up for long-term success.
• Lead a team of Client Lifecycle Specialists/Engineers who deploy tooling, build documentation, configure systems, and partner closely with Engineering, Professional Services, Security (CoreArmor), Client Success, and Account Management.
• Focus on execution excellence, workflow consistency, and continuous improvement across lifecycle operations.
• Build, refine, and standardize lifecycle processes, SLAs, templates, and communication workflows to improve predictability and efficiency.
• Monitor onboarding progress, risks, cycle times, and readiness metrics; drive early escalation and corrective action as needed.
• Improve cross-functional visibility by maintaining dashboards, reporting, and metrics tied to onboarding throughput, documentation quality, and operational health.
