About the role
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Research and identify new business opportunities using CRM systems, industry databases, and online resources
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities for our sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and track activities in our CRM system
- Provide valuable market feedback and customer insights to our product and marketing teams
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements - 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development roles
- Demonstrated expertise in phone-based communication, lead qualification, and relationship building techniques
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
- Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
