About the role

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements - 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in phone-based communication, lead qualification, and relationship building techniques
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
  • Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
