Product Designer

• Oversee the design and development of complex, multi-product campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and brand alignment
• Approve high-level designs, providing clear, constructive feedback that balances client vision with manufacturing feasibility
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable design directions for the team
• Partner with the Design Manager to inform team resourcing, tool needs, and upcoming creative priorities based on campaign pipelines and product strategies
• Lead and develop the design team through mentorship, constructive feedback, and collaboration with the Design Manager on performance and growth planning
• Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure adherence to client, brand, and manufacturing standards
• Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and strengthen cross-department collaboration
• Oversee and ensure the team’s production files consistently meet accuracy, cost, and manufacturing readiness standards
• Partner with Production, Sales and Marketing to align design output with campaign goals and company strategy
• Communicate and present design strategies, trade-offs, and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and minimize revisions
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners, balancing innovation with production feasibility
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Track project progress and proactively address risks or blockers in collaboration with the Design Manager
• Lead departmental initiatives that drive innovation, improve tools/processes and elevate design quality across the organization

• Pipeline Management - Master our workflows and ensure flawless delivery of information to our teams
• Data Management - Stay on top of our CRM data with supporting technology, and attribution and sourcing information is up to date
• Contract Management - Contract templates are up to date and approved by our legal team, and delivery of information to relevant teams is timely and accurate
• Copyright Administration - Manage the data for accounts assigned to the Copyright team and ensure all relevant information is delivered on time and in full
• Logistics - Take ownership of coordinating shipping for tradeshows and bulk shipping requests, ensuring timely delivery and regular communication with finance
• Training - Plan and run regular system and process training for our Sales and Marketing teams

Revenue Operations Specialist

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of complex features and projects, ensuring high quality and scalability.
• Define and contribute to technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering managers and product leaders.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while raising the bar for code reviews, testing, and overall engineering practices.
• Mentor and support other developers through coaching, knowledge sharing, pairing and delegating where appropriate.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and make pragmatic choices that balance technical needs with business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager, designer, and data analyst to ensure solutions align with user and business needs.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, risks, and opportunities for platform improvement.
• Implement and refine best practices within the engineering team.
• Support system reliability by troubleshooting, debugging, and improving monitoring and observability practices.

Senior Engineer

Account Executive

• Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential creators, licensors, and brands.
• Conduct outreach and pitches tailored to each partner’s unique needs and value proposition.
• Lead end-to-end pitching, negotiation, and closing of licensing agreements.
• Ensure partnership terms are favourable and aligned with Makeship’s revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities in our CRM.
• Track and report on prospecting, pitches, and closed deals to ensure targets are met.
• Partner with internal teams (Account Management, Campaign Success Managers and Rev Ops) to ensure smooth handoff of new accounts for onboarding and campaign execution.
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and creator economy shifts and share insights to refine sales strategies.
