About the role
- Drive the execution of the business group’s growth strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and talent management efforts.
- Act as a transformation leader, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to drive organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the overarching leadership and direction of the Digital business group, collaborating with firm-wide leadership to share best practices and scale operational capabilities.
- Ensure all practice-level activities and initiatives are rigorously aligned with long-term strategic objectives and the Digital business model.
- Architect and deliver actionable decision support through advanced analysis and reporting at the practice and cluster levels.
- Provide actionable decision support through analysis and reporting at the practice and business cluster level, enabling leaders to understand and articulate business activities and financial outcomes and enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with finance function and Digital practice leaders to engineer new metrics and optimize reporting frameworks that enhance financial performance, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Identify and implement strategic synergy opportunities to enhance profitability by optimizing support functions and overall business group Business Model Evolution & Implementation.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with BGL, Cluster and Practice Leaders to develop metrics critical for Digital’s success.
- Diagnose barriers to change and develop strategic roadmaps designed to shift mindsets and build future-ready capabilities.
- Participate in initial account planning processes with internal leaders.
- Lead enterprise-level program management, supporting sponsors and owners to deliver high-impact results on critical project briefs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in management consulting or a related professional services field.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business strategies into actionable data and high-level financial intelligence.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proven track record of driving operational improvements that deliver measurable financial results and optimize resource allocation
- Financial acumen and experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and navigate cross-functional relationships.
- Proficient in project management, resource allocation, and process improvement methodologies.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
