Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in business valuations, M&A advisory, or transaction services.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
Proven track record of generating $2–$4 million+ in annual revenue and personally billing at a senior level.
Deep relationships with key stakeholders in the M&A ecosystem, including private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate development teams.
Undergraduate degree from a top academic institution; advanced degrees and professional certifications
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
High energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, concise recommendations to clients.
