Direct and review the development of complex analytical models leveraging relational database software, high level programming languages, complex spreadsheets, and other analytical tools.
Supervise and conduct data gathering activities, document review, and quality control of data assessment.
Prepare client communications, both written and oral, for senior level review.
Lead project teams in preparing expert analysis and testimony.
Interface with clients throughout all phases of consulting engagements.
Encourage relationship building by participating in the firm’s activities and initiatives.
Develop, supervise, and motivate a team of highly performing consultants.
Act as a mentor and supervisor to Associate and Senior Associate professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field
5-7 years working in litigation/disputes consulting or similar data-driven consulting, with real experience in forensic analysis and dispute work
Solid grasp of legal and regulatory issues that impact organizations in dispute situations
Hands-on experience analyzing financial and operational data
Strong technical skills with database and data modeling tools like SQL, Python, R, or SAS
Understanding of attorney-client privilege and the discipline to maintain confidentiality when it matters
Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
Proven project management abilities, you know how to keep things moving and organized
Comfortable managing several projects at once without losing quality or focus
Team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to doing good work
Clear, effective communication skills in both writing and presentations
Willing to travel as needed for client engagements.
