About the role
- Direct and review the development of complex analytical models leveraging relational database software, high level programming languages, complex spreadsheets, and other analytical tools.
- Supervise and conduct data gathering activities, document review, and quality control of data assessment.
- Prepare client communications, both written and oral, for senior level review.
- Lead project teams in preparing expert analysis and testimony.
- Interface with clients throughout all phases of consulting engagements.
- Encourage relationship building by participating in the firm’s activities and initiatives.
- Develop, supervise, and motivate a team of highly performing consultants.
- Act as a mentor and supervisor to Associate and Senior Associate professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field
- 5-7 years working in litigation/disputes consulting or similar data-driven consulting, with real experience in forensic analysis and dispute work
- Solid grasp of legal and regulatory issues that impact organizations in dispute situations
- Hands-on experience analyzing financial and operational data
- Strong technical skills with database and data modeling tools like SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- Understanding of attorney-client privilege and the discipline to maintain confidentiality when it matters
- Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
- Proven project management abilities, you know how to keep things moving and organized
- Comfortable managing several projects at once without losing quality or focus
- Team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to doing good work
- Clear, effective communication skills in both writing and presentations
- Willing to travel as needed for client engagements.
