  • Transform complex analytics into compelling narratives that inspire teams, shape creative direction, and drive smarter decision-making.
  • Design cutting-edge measurement frameworks that go beyond basic metrics—assessing campaign success, optimizing strategies, and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Partner with strategy, account, and creative teams to seamlessly weave insights into marketing initiatives, ensuring data fuels breakthrough ideas.
  • Mentor and develop a team of high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Guide brands in adopting insight-driven strategies that amplify their impact, drive engagement, and uncover new opportunities for expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, optimizing resources, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring every project delivers value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, insights, data analytics, or strategy within an agency or brand-side environment
  • A proven ability to drive strategic conversations with clients and uncover new opportunities for data-driven growth
  • A deep curiosity about human behavior and cultural shifts, using insights to shape marketing strategies
  • A strong grasp of research methodologies, brand strategy, and marketing models to inform decision-making
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and persuasive recommendations
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (social, creators, paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Tubular, Brandwatch, Captiv8, etc.)
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field.
