About the role

  • Drive Site Performance
  • Co-own P&L for all U.S. craft brewpubs, taprooms, and owned retail locations in partnership with the Director of Owned Retail – Strategy and Finance
  • Build and execute a multi-year plan to boost traffic, elevate guest experiences, and optimize the retail footprint for craft brand growth
  • Set and enforce top-tier standards for food, beer, pricing, recipes, prep methods, and workflows
  • Partner with GMs to deliver memorable hospitality moments while increasing revenue and profitability
  • Mentor hospitality leaders to strengthen culture, elevate service, and improve operations
  • Conduct regular site visits and data reviews to provide actionable feedback and challenge the status quo
  • Shape Culture and Talent
  • Champion a hospitality-first culture with clear values and behavioral expectations
  • Hold regular leadership meetings to review financials, metrics, guest feedback, and menu trends
  • Establish strong performance routines and communicate goals, roles, and resources across all locations
  • Align operational priorities with broader strategic goals in partnership with Craft RVPs
  • Support openings, closures, and transitions to ensure smooth operations
  • Optimize Processes and Technology
  • Implement standardized systems, procedures, and purchasing strategies to maximize efficiency and scale
  • Ensure adoption and effective use of mandated platforms, including POS and reporting tools
  • Act as liaison between sites, internal support teams, and vendors to ensure compliance and maximize benefits
  • Align central initiatives with site-level needs in collaboration with the Director of Owned Retail – Strategy and Finance

Requirements

  • Proven multi-unit retail or hospitality leadership experience in food & beverage
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+) and work alongside operators to drive results
  • Track record of increasing profitability and operational efficiency across multiple locations
  • Strong expertise in menu development, staffing models, and service standards.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
