You ensure stable operation and continuous development of the application landscape and act as the central interface between IT and the business departments.
Support and further development of the internal application landscape
Coordination of interfaces between business units, IT and external service providers
Design and implementation of EDI integrations
Support with reporting, data structures and analyses
Conduct user training and prepare documentation
Contribute to the stability and security of the database and system landscape
You will work hand in hand with the Head of IT, focusing either on the core area of Sales or on Production and Procurement

Requirements

Completed IT training or equivalent professional experience
Experience in IT Application Support, ideally in retail or the fashion sector
Practical experience with ERP systems as well as connected specialist applications and Microsoft SQL / T‑SQL servers
Experience collaborating with business units and external service providers
Knowledge of reporting or data structures is a plus
Very good German and good English skills in a professional context
