You ensure stable operation and continuous development of the application landscape and act as the central interface between IT and the business units.
Support and further development of the internal application landscape
Coordination of interfaces between business units, IT and external service providers
Design and implementation of EDI integrations
Support with reporting, data structures and analyses
Conduct user trainings and prepare documentation
Contribute to the stability and security of the database and system landscape
You will work hand in hand with the Head of IT, either focusing on the core area of Sales/Distribution or on Production/Procurement.

Requirements

Completed IT training or equivalent professional experience
Experience in IT application support, ideally in retail or the fashion industry
Practical experience with ERP systems as well as connected specialist applications and Microsoft SQL / T‑SQL servers
Experience collaborating with business units and external service providers
Knowledge in reporting or data structures is an advantage
Very good German and good English skills in a professional context
Nice to have: understanding of EDI processes and structured data formats (EDIFACT / XML / ANSI X12 / VDA / IDOC) and communication methods (OFTP2, AS2, sFTP, HTTPS, etc.)
