About the role
- Support workshop management in coordinating appointments, operational processes and travel arrangements
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare internal and external quotations, obtain quotes from suppliers and process purchase requisitions
- Perform organizational and administrative tasks such as minute-taking, archiving and filing
- Create projects and orders in SAP and perform service billing/settlement
- Monitor and assist with time tracking
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with Matura-level diploma (HAK, HLW or equivalent)
- Work experience in an assistant or administrative role
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills and a proactive work ethic
