About the role

  • Support workshop management in coordinating appointments, operational processes and travel arrangements
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare internal and external quotations, obtain quotes from suppliers and process purchase requisitions
  • Perform organizational and administrative tasks such as minute-taking, archiving and filing
  • Create projects and orders in SAP and perform service billing/settlement
  • Monitor and assist with time tracking

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with Matura-level diploma (HAK, HLW or equivalent)
  • Work experience in an assistant or administrative role
  • Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and a proactive work ethic
