About the role
- Accountable for building relationships between the Club and its clients.
- Manage current assignments while growing accounts and establishing partnerships.
- Handle day-to-day client needs including communication and onboarding.
- Lead teams for clients and ensure scheduling is up to date.
- Minimize revenue leakage through solid commercial knowledge.
- Pitch new business opportunities to clients.
Requirements
- Experienced account manager comfortable with day to day management of client relationships.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in planning and shaping feasible account strategies.
- Knowledge of commercial management including SOW creation and understanding of contract terms.
- Capable of leading a team based on client needs.
- Experience in acting as a point of escalation for the client.
