About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements
  • Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met
  • Identify and manage critical risks and issues
  • Track and report engagement KPIs regularly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues
  • Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns
  • Own all engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections
  • Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes
  • Identify and support account growth opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams
  • Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery
  • Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback on solutions to improve our overall propositions
  • Share methods, assets, and accelerators to enhance our reusable IP

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills (without relying on authority)
  • Excellent communication – able to simplify complex topics for all audiences
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
  • High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination
  • Solid financial acumen in managing engagement budgets and margins
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
