About the role
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Manage portfolio of clients ensuring satisfaction and growth
- Develop account strategies to support client goals and company growth
- Oversee the day-to-day needs of clients and internal teams
- Lead and manage project teams to meet client deliverables and objectives
- Act as escalation point for client issues and resolution
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or similar roles
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of contract terms and commercial risk management
