About the role

  • Build and manage relationships between the Club and its clients
  • Oversee day-to-day management of client needs
  • Develop strategies to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Support the creation of SOWs and manage contract risks
  • Train and source a team for client projects
  • Act as a point of escalation for clients

Requirements

  • Experienced account manager comfortable with day-to-day management of client relationships
  • Solid commercial knowledge to grow clients and revenue
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships
  • Experience in planning and shaping feasible account strategies
  • Knowledge of contract terms & commercial risk
  • Skills in onboarding and managing client and team needs
  • Team leadership and communication skills
