About the role
- Build and manage relationships between the Club and its clients
- Oversee day-to-day management of client needs
- Develop strategies to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Support the creation of SOWs and manage contract risks
- Train and source a team for client projects
- Act as a point of escalation for clients
Requirements
- Experienced account manager comfortable with day-to-day management of client relationships
- Solid commercial knowledge to grow clients and revenue
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships
- Experience in planning and shaping feasible account strategies
- Knowledge of contract terms & commercial risk
- Skills in onboarding and managing client and team needs
- Team leadership and communication skills
