About the role

  • **What You’ll Do**
  • - Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet Anatomage’s hiring needs including creating and implementing innovative sourcing techniques
  • - Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve their hiring goals and enhance their professional development
  • - Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs and define roles requirements
  • - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding
  • - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent pools
  • - Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate quality and make data driven decision to improve recruitment process

Requirements

  • **Minimum Education and Experience Required:**
  • - Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • - Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience
  • - Proven track record or successfully recruiting for a range of positions, including technical and senior-level roles
  • - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques
  • - Excellent leadership and communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools
